Finding a cleanser that properly balances your skin can be tough when you're super oily. I don't just mean your T -Zone, but when your skin is oily all over. The benefit of course is you tend to look youthful a little longer(so they say), but the down side is you can't think about leaving home without your blotting tissues and powder.
All isn't lost ladies. There are several cleansers that I use in rotation that produce amazing results.I don't have to constantly powder my nose, yet my face isn't left feeling stripped and dried out either.
1) Noxzema- This is a vanity staple for me. Used by most of the women in my family, I love the tingly sensation the menthol and eucalyptus give my skin. The fact that this also opens my sinuses is an added bonus.
2). DHC Deep Cleansing Oil- Now this one may surprise you, heck it surprised me too. Why on earth would someone with excessively oily skin want to clean their face with oil? Well, simple, the oil actually breaks down the impurities, which pulls out the dirt without clogging up your pores. who knew! I massage this cleanser on and leave for just a few moments. Rinse, and pat dry. Trust me, you won't feel the need to cleanse with anything else. All the "gook" and dirt will be gone.
3) Origins Checks and Balances- Rounding out my three favorites is the frothy face wash by Origins. I love this cleanser for almost the opposite reasons of the cleansing oil. By nature I suppose, I just enjoy the feeling of something foaming on my face. That slightly extra clean feeling, yet not drying. This cleanser isn't formulated for just oily skin, it actually pH balanced to work for any skin type.
